About Cathy

Cathy was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music as a voice and drama major. Her interest in music and voice led her to the decision to attend the the Recording Workshop and learn engineering and production. In 1994 she started at her first radio station, KRKN, as a production assistant and voice talent, in time becoming the production director and an on-air personality. Since her first job in radio, Cathy has hosted several dayparts, including mornings in several radio formats.

As a musician and voice artist Cathy has appeared in commercials from national campaigns like King World Productions’ Jeopardy! to local spots for Westin La Paloma. With three records under her belt she also has an accomplished singing, songwriting, recording, and touring career.
